There are various reasons why you might be getting an error when creating an account.
- Make sure you typed in a valid email address. You may only use an email address once to create an account. Any future accounts with the same email will not work.
- Make sure you have provided a valid credit/debit card and typed in the correct numbers.
- Make sure you have answered any required fields/questions on the last screen.
- If you’ve created a Social Bicycles account before and would like to join another Social Bicycles network, you can do so using the same account. See the 'How Do I Join Multiple Social Bicycles Networks' page.
- If you are encountering further problems, please contact your local operator at the email address found on your local bike share website.
