To change your membership plan:
- Log in to your account at app.socialbicycles.com.
- Click on 'Account' at the top navigation bar, and then choose from the left side panel.
- Click 'Unsubscribe'
- Add a comment to help us understand why you are unsubscribing.
- Click on 'resubscribe'
- Choose the new payment plan you're interested in and follow the sign up flow to complete the switch.
- If you want to switch networks, click the "Join other networks" button.
